Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kgo99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kgo99 website located at kgo99.org and all related services, games, promotions and features offered thereon. 3. Account Registration

To access the real-money features of kgo99 you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly whenever any detail changes.

• You must provide a valid and currently active Bangladesh mobile number during registration. This number will be used for OTP verification, password recovery and security alerts.
• You may hold only one Account at any time. If kgo99 identifies that you hold more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.

• kgo99 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• kgo99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or permanently close any Account, or void any wagers and winnings, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kgo99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kgo99 supports instant deposits and withdrawals via the mobile wallet providers listed below. Players are responsible for ensuring that the mobile wallet account used for transactions is registered in their own name.

• All deposits must originate from a mobile wallet account registered in the Player's own name. kgo99 does not accept deposits from third-party wallets or payment sources belonging to another person.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the kgo99 compliance team following a completed KYC review.
• kgo99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• Any deposits that kgo99 reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, linked to money laundering activity or in violation of these Terms may be frozen pending investigation. kgo99 will cooperate with relevant authorities in all such cases.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kgo99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player and per household address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• kgo99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend the terms of any promotion without prior notice, and to void any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent means.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately within your Account balance. Real-money funds are always used first for wagering unless the relevant bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Unused bonus balances remaining after account closure will be forfeited.

Players who are found to have manipulated bonus terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus offers, or any other form of bonus abuse, will have their accounts suspended and all associated winnings voided, regardless of whether the wagering requirements were otherwise met.

6. Gameplay Rules

9. Intellectual Property
